Preppy Purple

ne item that can always make an outfit look classic is tweed. I think it’s because tweed (if its done right) reminds me of Chanel. I want sooo badly to own a Chanel tweed jacket someday! BUT, in the meantime I will stick with my J. Crew skirt and I also recently bought a tweed blazer from Zara. If you look really close, this skirt has a few threads of purple in it, so I wore this eggplant colored sweater to bring it out. Even though I don’t wear it that much, purple is one of my favorite colors. I love the “preppy-ness” of this outfit. I feel like it really shows what I love; color, structure, femininity, it’s classic with a touch of sparkle! eh :)
