Plaid Days

Jacket J. Crew (last year, similar here), Dress T by Alexander Wang (old, similar here), Tights Madewell (in navy), Boots c/o Pour La Victoire (old, similar here), Scarf Zara, Purse Coach Classics, Lipstick NYX “Amsterdam”

My girlfriend Amanda came over wearing this scarf and I knew I had to get my hands on its coziness stat. So I headed over to Zara the following week and picked it up along with this one as well. It’s pretty much a blanket and you will never want to take it off. Thanks again, Amanda for letting me steal your style :)

P.S. How crazy is it that it’s already December!? Thomas and I ended up not going ice skating this past weekend because we were consumed with apartment hunting. We got crazy lucky and found a place that I’m so excited about! Hopefully I’ll be posting pictures soon.

P.P.S. Have you checked out the Net-A-Porter Sale yet? They have up to 50% off and more items added this past weekend! (yay!)

I learned something new this evening and to me, that’s always great.
The designers at Liv-Glam and it’s owner are so knowledgeable about
the fashion industry and I learn from them regularly, sometimes
about fashion in world, sometimes about it off line, and sometimes
how the two intersect.glam clothing

Such an adorable color combo! I would love to find a similar jacket for fall/winter in that camel color – it goes with everything!

My first though when I saw this outfit was cozy, that blanket-y scarf must be amazingly warm! Congrats on finding an apartment too. I saw the photo you posted on Instagram and it looks beautiful. Can’t wait to see how you decorate it!

I’ve seen this Zara scarf a few times on the blogosphere and absolutely love it! It looks like it would be the most perfect winter accessory and keep my neck oh so warm! Love the scarf and how you styled it!
