Piperlime asked me to share my favorite fall look and true to my style, I centered the outfit around a dress. This look- shot a few days before we left for our trip-makes me so happy because 1) I got to bring out my over-the-knee boots again 2) The coat inspired me to try out a much deeper/purple lipstick color and 3) This flounce dress is the cutest ever (and under $100). I was going back and forth between adding a skinny belt (which I obviously chose to add) because it looks really great both ways. In the end, I liked the way it showed a little bit of skin between the hem of the dress and the top of my boots instead of overlapping. I also highly recommend purchasing a pair of over-the-knee boots for fall! I bought mine last year and LOVE them (I have them with me in Europe right now) Although I am currently wishing I would have purchased the flat boots as opposed to the heeled ones since they would be a lot more practical for walking everywhere.
