Earlier in the week I had an appointment at SFO, so Thomas and I decided to head out early and stop by a few of our favorite spots in Oakland. It’s been a while since we’ve had time to venture out to the East Bay and I forgot how warm and beautiful it is out there (and not far from the city).
I’d been wanting to get out to the new Trouble Coffee that opened in early July. It’s all white and super sleek. We ordered a soy latte & mocha and two peanut butter + honey toasts. The toast is a must. I’ve also been to their smaller location in the Outer Sunset on Judah, which is just as delicious.
We then made our way over to Temescal Alley, which has some cool little shops and cafés. A few notable spots include Crimson, an awesome gardening store with succulents (also a great spot to pick up a gift), Esquelteo (located next door on Alley 49) that has beautiful, unique jewelry and Curbside Creamery that also offers cashew based ice cream!
I recently got this embroidered chambray top from Old Navy that I’m in love with. It has little scalloped edges and would be just darling paired with white skinny jeans or even tucked into a navy striped skirt.
I’ve been finding the best stuff at Old Navy recently (you can see my last posts here and here) like this mini cross-body bag and these skinny jeans. They also have some of the cutest dresses right now like this denim embroidered one, this eyelet one, this lace swing one (that I also bought) and this cami dress.
Thank you to Old Navy for sponsoring this post.
