We’re back in London after a whirlwind week in Italy. It went by too quickly (vacations always seem to) but we have so many incredible memories to look back on and a boatload of photos to share over the next few weeks. We ended our roadtrip in Montalcino, which was the perfect serene spot to spend our last few days in Italy. Thomas and I had visited Tuscany in January of last year (seen here, here, here and here) but were really excited to see it in the springtime.

This time around we stayed at Rosewood’s Castiglion Del Bosco, which sits on over 5,000 acres in Montalcino. To say that it takes your breath away is a major understatement. When I picture what I think Tuscany looks like, this is it. Every spot around the property has an incredible view of the rolling lush hills filled with vineyards, wheat fields and wildflowers. We enjoyed breakfast every morning looking out at the endless green while the birds chirped and the sun warmed our faces.

On our last afternoon, the other two enjoyed spa treatments while T and I explored more of the massive property, snap happy and trying to capture every last picture we could get while savoring our last moments. Since it is low season, a few of their villas were open, where they set up a gorgeous brunch for us to enjoy. The back patio looked like a scene from a movie- set with picture perfect views, an infinity pool and spread that looked straight out of a food magazine. I gotta say that I’m already missing our daily pizza, pasta and rosé but my skin definitely isn’t!

I pulled out this Samantha Pleet wallflower dress for our last day. It has a vintage element to it with the cut, pleats and ruche shoulders. The perfect summer time dress. I also love this one and this one, both from Samantha Pleet along with this yellow and white striped jacket. To play even more on the vintage vibe, I wore my new blush Self Portrait x Le Specs retro sunnies I got from Shopbop, topped off with my Hat Attack hat and scalloped Chloe flats. I also found this pair of Sam Edelman nude scalloped flats that are pretty similar but at a much lower price point.
