Express Jumpsuit c/o, Stuart Weitzman Heels, Gucci Bag
With the weather heating up this week, it’s made us want to spend every second outside. And after being inside catching up on work and eating mostly at home for the past two weeks, it’s made us crave a date night al fresco. It actually comes at a good time because I just did an email q&a about date night looks this past Tuesday (are you signed up?) and talked about some of my favorite go-to looks, one of them being a jumpsuit.
I usually shy away from sexier pieces and definitely lean towards the more girly and feminine ones. That doesn’t mean that I don’t have a few options stored away for certain date nights or girls weekends that require a little more fun and fitted pieces. I’ve always loved a good jumpsuit and this Express one fits like a glove. The wide legs pants are super leek while the fitted bodice and cutout adds a more playful touch that’s so different than my typical jumpsuit.
On a warm night, I’ll keep the accessories to a minimum and just grab a small cross-body bag or clutch, a great pair of heels and add a swipe of red lipstick if it goes. That’s the great thing about a jumpsuit or dress, they’re easy one-piece looks that feel instantly pulled together when paired with the right accessories. I’ve found a few other just as chic jumpsuit and romper options from Express- this white scalloped eyelet one (I love the bow in the back) and this black one with a small cutout in the front.
Thank you to Express for sponsoring this post.
