Today marks the official first day of summer! And in honor of the season, I’m breaking from my France posts to bring you my summer dress guide. When it comes to my style, dresses are the definition of it- I love them and live in them daily. Broken down by mini, midi and maxi dresses, I’ve picked my six top selects from each style, all chosen in a variety of different price points. There’s a little something for everybody!

Mini Dresses:

A great mini dress is a must for summer, especially here in the south. Last year I bought this pink Alexis dress (seen in this post) and found a similar style this season under $130 here. And if you’re looking for more budget friendly options, this pink bow dress and this blue and white floral dress are both under $55.

Midi Dresses:

This is the style that I gravitate towards most. I love a good midi dress- they probably make up a majority of my wardrobe. I think they’re what I wore for about 90% of our France trip, too! Last summer I wore this Christy Dawn one in NYC (seen in this post) and it’s still one of my favorites to slip on for any occasion.

Maxi Dresses:

I love maxi dresses that are more on the casual side, ones you can pair with some sandals and throw your hair up into a bun. It’s the epitome of that effortless summer style. I have this Club Monaco one that I’ve been styling both for the day and evening (last seen here) and everything in between.
