Forever21 Blazer, Storets Dress, Balenciaga Bag, Tod’s Loafers, Miansai Bangle c/o, All The Wire Ring

I love finding amazing style steals like this boyfriend blazer from Forever21 for less than $30. I paired it over the prettiest white lace dress last weekend for an evening date night with my husband. I usually dress up a lace dress, but I really like how an oversized blazer and loafers make it more casual and relaxed. I told you guys that I’ve been pairing my Tod’s loafers with everything- they’re just so comfortable and versatile!

On another note, my husband and I are heading to Madison, WI early this morning for a wedding this weekend and would love any can’t-miss spots or recommendations of places to go/things to see. Thank you!

Summer Details

Parker Dress c/o, Tod’s Loafers, Chanel Bag, Bobbi Brown Lipgloss in “Petal”, Jane Pope Rings

Nothing beats a warm summer day spent outside, just relaxing and taking in the sunshine. It’s during times like this that I try to shut off and be completely in the moment, which I’ll admit can be hard. Especially as someone who always wants to document everything, sometimes it’s important to just have the memories to share with your friends or family in that moment. On this particular sunny day, I wore this Parker dress that’s the epitome of summer with it’s embroidered eyelet detail and lightweight cotton fabric. I paired it with my favorite Tod’s loafers that I’ve been wearing with everything-  white just has a way of making every outfit look so crisp and clean. At first, I was hesitant about buying white flats, but they’re actually really durable and easy to wipe clean since they’re leather.

Little Lace Top

Express Jacket, Express Top, Express Jeans c/o, Stella McCartney Bag, Free People Hat, Express Sandals

This is my simple go-to (San Francisco) summer uniform of sorts. I say “San Francisco” because  jeans and a sweater or coat are usually necessary. Since it’s still summer but often feels like fall, having pieces like this lace top are great because they still feel seasonally appropriate but can easily be layered. A few months ago I wore this lacey tee while in Mexico and have since picked it up in the tank version. They’re so delicate and pretty, making them the perfect additional to an all-black look. Another score from Express are these high rise black skinny jeans- they’re so comfortable and flattering at such a great price.

A big thank you to Express for sponsoring this post.
