This week flew by (not complaining about it one bit) and I’m looking forward to spending some time at home after being gone for back to back weekends. This is another look from our brief trip to Moab. I’m completely in love with everything by Tolani! Their pieces are even more beautiful in person and the silk is so soft and dreamy, especially ideal for a warm evening out. I added a few playful accessories- my go to Clare Vivier leopard clutch and embellished Marni sandals- to complete the look along with a few jewels. I hope everyone has a wonderful relaxing weekend!
We stayed at the Red Cliffs Lodge while we were in Moab and the property was just gorgeous. With 360 degree views of the cliffs, we had a view every which way we looked. Thomas took some really awesome pictures one evening (I posted one on my insta here) and was able to even capture the stars. He continues to blow me away with his ever growing talent at photography and I’m really proud of him. He especially loves shooting landscape and animals, so he was in heaven in Moab. We shot this look right before we headed to dinner during the most beautiful golden hour right before sunset. I couldn’t resist this blue and white maxi dress from Piperlime (under $120) and I love how it stands out against the reds and browns of the setting.
My style has become a lot more relaxed and casual over the past few months if you haven’t noticed. I don’t know what triggered the change, but I’m more often than not reaching for my flats and sneakers over my heels. Don’t get me wrong, I definitely love a beautiful pair of pumps, but it’s just not that practical for everyday (for me). My Tod’s are at the top of my list since they’re so comfortable and easy to pair with everything. I’m also fulling embracing the dress-up sweatshirt and love this Monrow star printed one (no longer available), but this floral one and this simple Rag & Bone one are great options as well.
