Little White Dress

Burberry Trench, Goodnight Macaroon Dress c/o, Charlotte Olympia Flats, Maison Michel Hat, Clare Vivier Clutch, Rachel Pally Belt (old, similar here), NARS “Heat Wave” Lipstick

This was the first weekend in a while that we actually spent in the city (we’ve been doing weekend trips to warmer destinations…Napa…Santa Barbara) but it felt nice to wear a few layers and bundle up at night. My Burberry trench will always be my favorite piece of outerwear anytime of the year. I get so much use out of it, especially living in San Francisco where you usually need a coat with you no matter the season. I paired it over this embroidered little white dress from Goodnight Macaroon (under $100) that’s just as perfect for summer as it is for fall.

Summerland

Kite & Butterfly Kimono (similar here and here), Isabel Marant Top (similar less expensive version under $80), One Teaspoon Shorts, Sam Edelman Booties, Maison Michel Hat, Chanel Bag, Thierry Lasry Sunglasses

I picked up this gorgeous kimono by Kite & Butterfly from the darling boutique, Bonita, while we were in Santa Barbara. We headed over to Summerland on our first morning in town and stopped by a delicious brunch spot, Cafe Luna, before heading to the beach. I paired it the next day with my favorite Isabel Marant top (last seen here) and One Teaspoon shorts (last seen here) as we explored downtown and checked out the SB Public Market. I felt like we were in Mexico with all of the colorful tiles, patterns and walls- I loved them all!

You can shop more of my favorite kimonos to get a similar look here…

Denim + Chambray

Joie Top (on sale, last seen here), Rag & Bone Shorts, Tod’s Loafers, Chanel Bag, Ray Ban Aviators, NARS “Heat Wave” Lipstick, Miansai Cuff c/o, Jane Pope Necklace, Monica Vinader Rings

For the Fourth of July, I kept my look minimal and simple in a chambray top, distressed boyfriend shorts and my Tod’s loafers. I topped it off with my favorite red lipstick to complete the red white & blue ensemble. I’d easily wear this look any day of the week though, since they’re all such easy, go-to pieces. I wear this Joie top at least once a week- it goes with everything! It’s also light and breezy enough for warmer weather (like it was in SB) but easy to layer for cooler temps (like in SF). Happy Friday!
