Studs & Leopard

Rachel Zoe Top, Old Navy Sweater (old, similar here and here), Rag & Bone Shorts (old, similar here and less expensive version here), Sam Edelman Sneakers, Stella McCartney Bag, Preston & Olivia Hat c/o, Illesteva Sunglasses

I’m all for crop tops, but only when paired with the right pieces. I usually wear mine with a high waisted skirt or shorts, but this slightly longer version allows me to wear it with my regular waisted bottoms like these Rag & Bone shorts. It shows just the right amount of skin that I’m comfortable with and is great for this 75 degree weather we’ve been having. I just make sure to have a cozy knit to throw on once the wind picks up!

Floral Romper

Nasty Gal Romper, DVF Wedges, Fendi Bag, Anthropologie Belt (old, similar here), Preston & Olivia Hat c/o

I’ve had this floral romper on my wish list for a while and finally decided that for under $60, it was just too good to pass up. I was going to save it for an upcoming Cabo trip, but the beautiful 80 degree weather in Sonoma this past weekend was just perfect for it. From the sweet ruffled edges to floral print to the soft peach shade, it’s everything I look for in a spring outfit. While it pairs perfectly for wine country, I know it’ll look just as good over a bikini on the beach!

The Basics

French Connection Blazer, Current Elliott Tee c/o The Dreslyn, J Brand Jeans c/o The Dreslyn, Vince Mules, Saint Laurent Bag, Janessa Leone Hat, NARS “Heat Wave” Lipstick

I’m kickstarting the weekend with my favorite causal Friday look- skinny jeans and a comfy tee. I picked up these high waisted J Brand jeans from The Dreslyn and I can’t seem to take them off. They perfectly mold to your body in the best way possible and look great with a silky cami and strappy heels as they do with a tee and flats. If you’re not familiar with The Dreslyn, it’s a favorite destination of mine for beautiful, classic basics (so much white, black and grey) and wardrobe staples. I’m also loving this J Brand blouse or this Helmut Lang asymmetric wrap skirt, but you can shop more of my favorite pieces here…

A big thank you to The Dreslyn for sponsoring this post.
