I know it’s only January, but it’s hard not to start looking/lusting after all the colorful resort and spring wear coming out. The good thing though, is that you can wear all (well…most) of these pieces now by adding winter elements like tights, layers, scarves and a big, warm coat. I guess this is how I justify buying spring pieces in the middle of winter ;)

On another note, here are some of my current favorite things around the web:

-Kate Spade Stationery: I have been looking high and low for the perfect 2013 planner. I think I found it!

- ShopBop’s sale: Up to 70% off! I’m eyeing this, this and this.

-I’m highly anticipating J. Crew’s spring collection and I’m slowly seeing them trickle in…like here & here.

- The perfect trench coat (wear now & later)

- Clover Canyon’s Pre-Fall 13. Order now (pay only half until June) on Moda Operandi.

- I need to try out this recipe stat!

Shift Dress

Jacket J. Crew/ Dress c/o Shoshanna/ Tights Target/ Knee Highs Forvever21/ Purse c/o Rebecca Minkoff/ Booties DVF/ Lipstick NARS Heat Wave

This printed Shoshanna dress was one of my favorites (and no, not just because it’s their “Julia” shift dress) from their Resort Collection. As I have mentioned before, I love Shoshanna. Her dresses are always feminine, flattering and something I can wear daily. So, to no surprise, her Spring collection did not disappoint. It’s filled with sherbet colors, flirty florals and a touch of lace- Everything I look for in a dress!
