Traveling Basics

Sunnies, Striped Tank, Scarf, Passport Holder, Flats, Cross body BagSkirt, Watch, Lip Balm, iphone Case, Camera, Polka Dot Bag

With my upcoming honeymoon to Italy, I have been slowly trying to pick up basics that will be easy to travel with and layer. A simple striped tank (or t-shirt) is always the first thing I go to. I love stripes because they go with almost anything. They look cute  with jeans, you can dress them up with jewelry or wear them with a print! A cross body bag, some flats, a watch, scarf, passport holder, sunnies and a camera are all must-haves that you should not leave home without!

Pink Peplum

Dress Zara ( similar versions here, here & here), Heels Manolo Blahnik, Chain necklace c/o Poshlocket, Arrow necklace c/o Stella & Dot, Bracelet c/o Poshlocket, Purse Coach Classics

I got this dress a while ago at Zara and was instantly drawn to the soft pink color. I normally wouldn’t wear such a tight fitting dress, but the peplum detail really flatters my body and makes it more comfortable.

A Sneak Peek….

Yesterday Thomas and I headed to Solvang to meet up with Ryan Ray (an incredible wedding photographer). We set up this shoot for no reason in particular other than the fact that Ryan was in town, the location was breathtaking and he is AMAZING! I can’t wait to see all of the pictures and show them with you guys. I will definitely be framing some of these. You must check out Ryan’s website and see his work! You will fall in love.

P.S. Most of these photos were taken off of Ryan’s assistant Erich’s instagram.
He is another great photographer based out of Oregon and you can
check out his site here.
