Tibi Jumpsuit

Tibi Jumpsuit, Marni Belt, Saint Laurent Clutch, Proenza Schouler Heels (now on sale), Bobbi Brown Lipgloss in “Petal”

I love the look of a dressy jumpsuit as opposed to a dress for any weddings or events this summer. They’re always chic, comfortable and easy to dance in (obviously a really important factor for weddings!) I recently wore this Tibi one for a wedding shower, but also during the week with a blazer for meetings.  The open back is a nice touch since everything else is pretty covered up. Speaking of weddings, we’re off to our first one of the season this weekend! I’ll be doing a few upcoming posts with a variety of wedding guest attire ideas, so stay tuned :) Have a wonderful weekend!

Summer Best

Mango Gingham Shirt/ NastyGal Dress/ TopShop Bikini/ Tibi Dress/ Tod’s Loafers/ Alisa Michelle Designs Cuff/ Proud Mary Flats/ Ace & Jig Dress/ Gap Striped Sneakers/ TopShop Dress/ J.Crew Shorts/ J.Crew Blazer/ Manolo Blahnik Pumps/ Gap Clutch

My current mood board is filled with lots of white, citron and mint- three of my favorite colors each on their own and paired together. I’ve been dreaming of a tropical vacation where I could wear this beautiful white dress with a golden tan or bring out this striped bikini for a beach day. But until I can get another trip on the books, I think these white loafers would be so chic with boyfriend jeans and this gingham top for a laid back weekend look in the city.

Blue & White Dress

SheInside Dress, Mar Y Sol Bag c/o Piperlime, Ferragamo Flats, Thierry Lasry Sunglasses, Jane Pope Rings

We took a quick little day trip out to Sonoma last Sunday to enjoy the warm weather and relax downtown. It’s one of our favorite places to head to when the weather is on the gloomy side in the city. I wore this blue & white mini that I recently bought for under $20. I was a little hesitant at first, not knowing if the quality and fit would be that great, but I was pleasantly surprised when it came in the mail. I received so many compliments on it all day long and just really fell in love with it’s flattering shape. It’s a great little dress perfect for summer festivities. While I’ll wear it with heels and a nice clutch for upcoming weddings, I do love it with flats and casual tote.
