Tibi Top, J Brand Jeans c/o, Zara Pumps, Lookmatic Sunglasses, Kate Spade NY Bag c/o, Vanessa Mooney Necklace
As a true bow lover, I was instantly drawn to the new Beau Bag by Kate Spade NY. Dreams do come true because a beautiful new tan and black one was waiting for me when I arrived in NYC last week. It’s been the perfect bag to carry around during fashion week, as it carries everything from snacks, camera, wallet, bandaids, gum, lipgloss, planner, ipad, sunglasses and an extra pair of flats (the nyfw essentials list can go on…) I absolutely love the subtle bow detail and classic shape, not to mention the polka dot inside- details do count! The bag comes in a variety of colors, which would you get?

Alexander Wang Dress, Saint Laurent Bag, Valentino Heels, Ray Ban Sunglasses, Deepa Gurnani Necklace borrowed from my friend Dallas, Revlon Just Bitten in “Smitten”
Staying true to my usual simple style, I decided to wear classic black and white for a full day of shows and events at NYFW. I love that this dress appears as a skirt/top combo, but it’s even better because it’s just one piece you can throw on. My girlfriend Dallas introduced me to Deepa Gurnani and let me borrow her insanely amazing necklace.
If you love black & white dresses as much as I do, here are a few other options that are simple and stunning…
Wallis Blazer c/o, TopShop Crop Top, J.Crew Skirt, Zara Heels (no longer available, similar here and here), Stella McCartney Bag, Samantha Wills Ring, Estee Lauder Lipgloss in “Shocking Pink”
Happy Friday! It was warm enough the last few days in SF to shed a few layers. I bought this crop top last fall when I was in NYC and have never got around to wearing it that often. I did pack it with me on my trip along with a handful of high-waisted skirts that I plan on wearing with it. I’m not usually one for tight clothing, but I love the playfulness of just a sliver of skin ;) I added this lightweight Wallis blazer over (which is under $60!) to add a pop of color.
