Celebrating the launch of Porter Magazine with Net-A-Porter 5. A gorgeous view of the Empire State Building from the Highline 6. & 7. Hanging out at the AllSaints presentation and drooling over this grey suede and shearling jacket 8. Casual cool basics at Joie 9. Getting my makeup done in the morning pre-shows by the bareMinerals team 10. & 11. A beautiful Design Darling brunch at the Gramercy Park Hotel

We flew back to San Francisco late Sunday night and I’m not gonna lie, it feels good to be home. I had an incredible time in NYC and want to thank the bareMinerals team for the opportunity to travel with them and share my experience at fashion week. You can view all of my instagram pictures with them here. These are the last of my ‘behind the scenes’ pictures from a few of the shows, events and bareMinerals suite I hosted at the Empire Hotel for my fellow bloggers. I’m bummed it’s all over, but September will be here before we know it!

Black & Blue

Zara Coat (similar here), ASOS Dress, J.Crew Beanie (old, similar here), Nordstrom Tights, Chanel Booties, Ray Ban Sunglasses, Clare Vivier Bag

I did this post on pastels at the beginning of January and I’ve been seeing the hues everywhere since. Like the all blush pink outfit I posted last Friday, I paired a light blue dress and coat over one another for a Sunday full of shows and a blogger brunch hosted by Mackenzie. Since this shade of blue is such a sweet color, I added black and leopard to edge it up a little. I love how the mix came out.

Here are a few other light blue items I love…

Pink & Camel

Three Floor Coat, Club Monaco Sweater, Red Valentino Pants, Kate Spade NY Clutch c/o (old, similar here), Valentino Heels (similar here), Old Navy Scarf

Happy Valentine’s Day!

I thought it would be appropriate to post my all blush ensemble on the blog today in honor of Valentine’s Day. Light pink is one of my favorite colors- you can find it all over my apartment and was the main color in our wedding. I usually don’t do head-to-toe color, but I loved the way this one turned out. The pink is so soft that it could almost look like an all white or cream outfit, which are très chic as well.

On another note, my sister is showcasing her art at an art show in SF called RAW Artists along with dozens of other local talents in film, fashion, music and more. I’m so incredibly proud of her (you can see more of her work on her Etsy site here) and wanted to share the information for anyone interested in going- I’ll be there with a couple of my girlfriends. It’s on 2/26 from 7-12 and you can buy tickets here ($15) for the event.

Back to the pink, here are a few other blush colored items I love…
