Floral Boom

Pixie Market Top, Rag & Bone Shorts (old, other options), Zara Sandals, 31 Bits Necklace c/o, Saint Laurent Bag (Photography by Kim A. Thomas)

I saw Chassity wearing this top while we were in Dallas and immediately asked her where she got it…and soon copied her ;) I’m obsessed with the crazy floral print all over and have already worn it numerous times- to dinner with bright red lipstick and also with high waisted white skinny jeans. I love finding inspiration from my fellow bloggers and fashionable ladies, so thanks Chassity! P.S. I’ll finally be posting the video tutorial on how to get these loose waves next week. Stay tuned!

Other fun printed tops I’m loving…

Golden

Torn by Ronny Kobo Top, IRO Jeans c/o E-Mode, Saint Laurent Bag, ShoeDazzle Sandals c/o, Gucci Sunglasses

This is the first time I’ve worn sandals in I don’t know how long! These days, I’m a sucker for anything with gold detail, so naturally I love these sandals. I was pleasantly surprised when I checked out ShoeDazzle for the first time. Rachel Zoe leads the style team, so I knew I was going to find something good. These will pair perfectly with a sweet summer dress or jean shorts. Thomas and I are going to two concerts this month and I’m definitely planning on wearing these for at least one of them. ShoeDazzle is also offering 25% off first time purchases plus free shipping!

Sunny Days

Outfit 1: ASOS Top, Loft Jeans, Tory Burch Bag c/o,  ShoeMint Wedges, 31Bits Necklaces c/o, Lookmatic Sunglasses c/o

Outfit 2: Old Navy Dress, Vintage Belt, American Apparel Hat, ShoeMint Wedges, Lookmatic sunglasses c/o

Happy almost weekend everyone! I don’t know about you, but this warm weather has made it hard for me to concentrate. I just want to be outside enjoying the sunshine that I know won’t last for long. I’ve been wearing these Lookmatic “Marlowe” sunglasses non-stop since I got them (see here and here) since they are the perfect over-sized shaped without taking over too much of my face. I need the perfect sunglasses to be able to throw on when I’m heading to spin early in the morning, but also something that’s cute enough to wear on the weekends and these just seem to pair perfectly with everything. Thomas and I are hoping to tackle some DIY projects around the house this weekend and maybe fit in a trip to the Exploratorium (which is literally right next to our place) so we have no excuse not to go!
