I wore this outfit to Off The Grid (mentioned in this post) with some girlfriends a few weeks back. It’s an easy combination that never fails. I love that this blazer is a subtle neon shade of creamsicle and the fact that it’s tweed makes me like it even more. I’ve also been messing around with different hair styles since I’ve been keeping it pretty basic with either straight or curly. I used to always change up my long hair, so here is to new short hair style ideas!
Thomas and I don’t have any significant plans for the three day weekend, but it will involve a little bit of golf, heading to the beach, some delicious meals and lots of relaxing. I hope everyone has a wonderful holiday! xx

I think everyone is about ready for our upcoming three day weekend. Are you you with me? And what better way to start it off early than with some awesome sales! I’ve picked through the best deals and combined my favorites here:
Nordstrom Half Yearly Sale- Up to 40% off clothes, bags, shoes and more! Some of my favorite sale items include this Bailey 44 leather and lace skirt, this Equipment blouse, these DVF heels, this Milly dress, these Haute Hippie pants, this M Missoni skirt and these Reed Krakoff bags (what a score!) Also, the Vince sandals I’ve been wear with everything are on sale as well!
Shopbop- Always my number one destination for pretty much anything and this sale does not disappoint! My favorites include these Tory Burch Sandals, this Free People dress (love the ice blue color) and pants, this Dolce Vita dress, this Tibi drop waist dress and these DVF wedges.
Rebecca Minkoff- So many bags on sale! I especially love this two-toned mini M.A.C. clutch, these leopard heels and this gorgeous blazer.
Cusp- My favorite part of this sale is the ‘dresses $150 and under‘ section! So many gorgeous dresses in there including this one and this one.
Furbish- I met Jamie while I was in Dallas and have been hooked on her home decor and accessories site, Furbish, ever since! They’re having 15% off everything all weekend long with code: LONGWEEKEND I love all her printed pillows and how cute is this clutch and this necklace?!

Since I’m much more of a dresses and skirts kind of girl, it usually takes something unique to get me excited about a top/pant combo. I thought this blouse was darling with its little pom poms and high low hemline. Since it’s cropped in the front, I paired it with high waisted skinny jeans to make up for the difference.
