Our September dresses are now live and available on GMG Collection and Nordstrom! Every month when we launch, I’ve posted about my favorite dresses from that particular collection. This month, I wanted to switch it up and share my favorite elements that make our September collection, as a whole, so special. These common themes are the launch of two newcomers, separates (jackets and skirts) as well as petites in key styles. It’s also the first month where we’ve seen the biggest seasonal shift with autumn on the horizon. You’ll notice a transition in both our fabrics and prints, as well as silhouettes (long sleeves!), and we hope you love our take on fall dressing. xx
Petites- We’re thrilled to share that our September Collection will have 7 dresses available in petite sizes! If there’s anything we’ve learned since our launch, it’s that we have a dedicated following of petite size women looking for more dress options that actually fit without requiring extra tailoring, which can take the fun out of introducing a new item into a wardrobe. That’s why we can’t wait to spread the word that the wait is over! Petite ladies, you spoke, and we listened! You can find both the Edith Dress and Ingrid dress in petite sizes and our petites sizes guide is visible here.
Separates- We designed these vintage-inspired tweed and boucle jackets and skirts to pair perfectly with our dresses, but they’ll also mix and match effortlessly with your fall wardrobe staples. Whether you opt for a matching set or one standout piece to style in countless ways, it has never been easier to add a touch of old-school elegance and femininity to an array of outfits. We can’t wait to see the ways you wear these instant classics.
Long Sleeves- We always put ourselves in our customers shoes and try to imagine where they’ll be wearing their dresses and what they will want with each coming season. As the weather changes with the arrival of autumn, our September dresses bring longer sleeves for those coolers days. Perfect to wear now and easy to layer as the temperature drops later in the season.
Fall Fabrics- This is the first Collection where our fabrics make the biggest shift, adding a lot more texture with velvet, tweed, jacquard and boucle, which you’ll see throughout the Tinsley Dress, the Ingrid Dress, the Agatha Dress and the Edith Dress.
Fall Prints- Switching from the sweet, romantic florals that danced along our summer dresses, our September styles introduce playful prints and plaids on a mixture of crepe and chiffon dresses. Shop all of our printed dresses here.
