For the December Collection, I was inspired by the ideas of chic simplicity and effortless versatility. One of the main ways I set out to bring that to life was by designing an array of pieces in crisp cream and black, from dresses, to coats, to a jacket. Each one is incredibly easy to style for casual or dressy occasions, pre-holiday or post-holiday festivities, and from the office to dinner. I wasn’t surprised when almost all of our team members gravitated toward our neutral pieces this month. While their choices may all share a color palette, I love the way you can still see their personal styles shine through!
My favorite style from the December Collection is the Arianna dress. I love the feminine touch that the winter floral print brings to its long silhouette. I wore my dress with suede booties, but it would also be cute with strappy sandals for a more formal occasion.
I love the Marnette coat so much! It can go classic with a dress or rock n’ roll with some boots. I will be dressing it up over the holidays in Maryland horse country, but on a day-to-day basis, I’m loving it with jeans, a sweater, and boots…plus a popped collar!
I am so excited to wear the Amanda coat this month as it continues to get colder in Charleston. The feminine ruffle hem and monochromatic buttons make it a beautiful addition to any outfit. I recently wore it to a musical as I styled it here: with a fitted black turtleneck (similar here), a plaid skirt (similar here), black tights, and black open-toe heels.
My favorite piece this month was the lovely Paulina coat. It strikes the perfect balance between luxurious and comfortable, so there are countless ways to style it! For this look, I kept it casual with black jeans and Soludos loafers, but I’m excited to dress it up with a dress and tights when I’m back home in Annapolis for the holidays.
The polka dot Camilla dress was the perfect classic, but playful, addition to my closet that I’m excited to wear year-round! This winter, I’ll be styling it with boots and a warm jacket, but I think it will look just as great with heeled sandals in the spring.
