Gal Meets Glam Collection Allie Dress

For months now, when I’ve dreamed about this February, my mind has been flooded with visions of effortless dresses, sunny destinations, and flowers blooming amongst the palm trees. There is nothing quite like launching our first Gal Meets Glam Collection resort pieces of the year to counteract any end-of-winter gloom! I’m thrilled to share that our February Collection, inspired by golden days and seaside adventures, is now available to shop on our site and at our retailers. Allie Dress

We combined two of my favorite dress features—vintage-inspired floral patterns and comfortable, relaxed silhouettes—to create the Allie dress. The result is a style I’ve been reaching for constantly!

Stacey Dress

The multicolor tweed, square neckline, and fringed hem of Stacey make it one of this Collection’s most versatile pieces. Whether you dress it up for work or down for the weekend, it always looks feminine and polished. Also available at Nordstrom.

This was one of the first collections I designed during my pregnancy last year, so comfort was at the forefront of my mind. I love the loose, relaxed fits of our Allie and Miranda dresses—they couldn’t be easier to throw on with sandals or sneakers, whether you’re chasing the sunshine at home or enjoying an exotic getaway. Even our more structured styles, like the Molly  shirtdress (also available here), Leonie jumpsuit (also available here), and Kylie dress (also available here), were created with soft, breathable fabrics you’ll love wearing all throughout the warmer months. You’ll also find smocking, adjustable ties, elastic waistlines, and more throughout the entire collection to ensure your looks this season are as comfortable as they are sophisticated.

I never travel anywhere tropical without a maxi dress or two in my suitcase, so it’s no surprise that our maxis this month are among my favorite pieces. Slip into the floral Cassidy (also available here), ruffled Torey also available here), or monochromatic Giselle (also available here) to catch the sunset on the beach and then head to an elegant dinner—just add strappy sandals (and don’t worry; the long hems hide any lingering sand).

Giselle Dress

I love the subtle floral pattern we used on our pink Giselle dress—it looks solid from afar, but only grows more intricate and detailed as you get closer. Also available in blue at Nordstrom.

Cassidy Dress

Cassidy is the perfect example of the dresses I look forward to wearing all winter long, thanks to its flowing fabric, feminine details, and soft pastel palette. The ruffle at the waistline creates an especially flattering silhouette. Also available at Nordstrom.

No matter what adventures the day holds, the Miranda dress makes a charming choice for any occasion. Its windowpane plaid and midi length feel equally crisp and relaxed.
