I wore bows in my hair when I was a little girl and it was definitely “the thing” in middle school to slick your hair back into a ponytail and tie it off with a ribbon. As I got older, I started to incorporate them subtlety into different hair styles (remember these really old GMG posts here and here) for a romantic, not girly, look. It always looks better when it’s not perfectly polished or coifed, but instead, a little relaxed and messy. Here are six of my favorite ways to wear a ribbon in my hair:
