Things have calmed down with the holidays over and the start of a new year. Thomas and I are finally settling in at home – just the two of us. And I have to admit it feels kinda nice to be a bit more casual with more denim, soft pullovers, tees, sneakers, hair up in a quick pony or bun, and no makeup – just my favorite moisturizer, eye cream and lip balm. Perfect for our daily bike ride around the neighborhood in Charleston’s mild winter weather. My comfort clothes are on regular rotation, so I always make sure to have at least two of everything in different colors or patterns. You’ll never find me in sweatpants (unless they’re cashmere – one of my favorite comfort pieces, btw), but when relaxing at home or taking a break from work, my go-to look is always practical, casual comfort!
